THE THREAD AND THE KNOTS IN THE FABRIC OF COLLABORATIVE WORK IN SPECIAL EDUCATION
Abstract
The present article problematizes the interrelationships established amongst the professionals that work with the students who are the target of special education, in the educational municipal grid at São Mateus-ES, in what concerns the collaborative work. It has as theoretic reference the concepts of figuration and interdependency defined by Norbert Elias. Objectively, it analyzes experiences and practices of collaborative teaching of special education teachers, based on the data elaborated in the context of the research entitled "Interdependence and collaboration in inclusive school contexts" (ZIVIANI, 2016). The methodological path covered the axis of qualitative research, delineated from the theoretical-methodological perspective of collaborative-critical research-action (JESUS, 2008). It presents the concept of collaborative work in the discourse and practices of school professionals, and discusses how these articulate with the threads of political and academic discourse, constituting a fabric of multiple senses.
