This work aimed to analyze the use of varied methodologies in teaching science in schools in the city of Ibitirama by teachers who teach in elementary school. The research was conducted through a questionnaire, composed of multiple school questions. From the study carried out, a certain variation in the use of methodological resources used in science teaching was identified. The variation is due to the resources available for use in the schools where they operate and the need to use different teaching proposals. In this way, the present study proposes the diversification of classes through the infinite number of sources that science teaching has.
