Transição energética: uma análise global sob as dimensões social, econômica e ambiental

Este estudo buscou fornecer um mapa do conhecimento científico sobre transição energética, capaz de orientar futuras pesquisas, identificar oportunidades de colaboração e revelar áreas subexploradas, especialmente em contextos de países em desenvolvimento. Para isso, foi realizada uma investigação exploratória fundamentada em análise bibliométrica, utilizando dados da base Web of Science (WoS) e os pacotes Bibliometrix e Biblioshiny para estruturar e visualizar as informações coletadas. A análise concentrou-se no período de 2019 a 2025, e os resultados mostraram um aumento de 4 para 473 artigos publicados. Os autores de maior destaque em número de publicações relacionadas ao conceito de transição energética têm nacionalidade chinesa. A China apresentou forte colaboração com diversos países, assim como a Europa e os Estados Unidos. Emissão de carbono, crescimento econômico, armazenamento de energia, minerais críticos e fotovoltaico são temas relevantes para pesquisas futuras. O Brasil tem baixo índice de publicações no tema. Considerando o potencial energético do país e sua variedade de fontes renováveis, é importante promover a pesquisa nacional e fortalecer a colaboração com centros internacionais de produção científica, para que o país se mantenha competitivo tecnologicamente.
