Industria 4.0 aplicada a la gestión de la cadena de suministro: una revisión de la literatura

El desarrollo de la Industria 4.0 ha hecho que las nuevas tecnologías sean cada vez más populares para mejorar las actividades relacionadas con la logística y la gestión de la cadena de suministro, con el fin de aumentar la eficiencia de los procesos. Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las condiciones actuales de la investigación sobre el tema a través de una revisión bibliométrica y sistemática de artículos publicados en la base de datos Web of Science, con especial énfasis en los estudios brasileños, que aún están en crecimiento. Los resultados muestran la creciente relevancia del tema y el interés por parte de las principales revistas. En relación a las publicaciones nacionales, hay interés en el internet de las cosas y en los sistemas ciberfísicos. Los artículos brasileños analizados se centran en cuestiones económicas y operativas, pero también se preocupan por cuestiones ambientales.
