Violência linguístico-discursiva no Twitter
a emergência de metapragmáticas anticientíficas no contexto de covid-19

Almejamos, neste estudo, avaliar como um/a influenciador/a digital (ID) e seus/suas seguidores/as no Twitter gerenciam estratégias de impolidez que promovem metapragmáticas de violência linguístico-discursiva, considerando suas inscrições político-ideológicas. No âmbito teórico, concebemos, à luz da interface da Sociolinguística Interacional e da Pragmática, que a (im)polidez – instanciada em domínios linguísticos, discursivos e sociointeracionais – se relaciona com as metapragmáticas emergentes das interações mediadas on-line. No âmbito metodológico, inscrevemos este estudo na (N)etnografia, como método, vinculada a uma episteme qualitativa, a fim de que possamos analisar uma interação mediada on-line no Twitter. No âmbito analítico, constatamos que distintas estratégias de impolidez positiva e negativa instauraram um cenário de violência linguístico-discursiva que regimentou metapragmáticas intolerantes, falaciosas e anticientíficas. Assumimos, por fim, que combater fake news significa evitar a propagação de tais metapragmáticas, com vistas a minimizar cenários de violência.
