Análisis Bibliométrico del Campo

La gestión de la creatividad ha despertado un interés creciente en la academia y entre los profesionales, que buscan una mayor ventaja competitiva para las organizaciones. Este interés ha ampliado la cantidad de artículos científicos que buscan comprender cómo se desarrolla el proceso creativo y qué factores pueden influir en la creatividad. El artículo tuvo como objetivo mapear la literatura actual sobre gestión de la creatividad y comprender los caminos teóricos que se están construyendo en este campo. Este estudio bibliométrico seleccionó artículos publicados en inglés entre 2013 y 2023, alcanzando un total final de 2.293 artículos. En cuanto a los resultados, se observó que la creatividad está estrechamente relacionada con los temas de innovación, gestión y desempeño. En el análisis de los clústeres temáticos, destacó la evaluación de los factores que contribuyen e influyen en la creatividad. El campo se muestra plural y con una tendencia de crecimiento en las publicaciones.
