Double-blind peer review

Manuscripts submitted to Revista (Con)Textos Linguísticos undergo a double-blind peer review system. Texts are evaluated, anonymously, by two evaluators who may be members of the Editorial Board or ad hoc reviewers. In the case of differing opinions on an original, a third reviewer may be consulted.

Once the evaluation stage is completed, authors are notified of the editorial decision with a copy of the opinions and, if applicable, receive instructions for sending a modified version of the text. Modified texts not sent within the deadline established by the editor responsible for the editorial flow of the submission will not be published in the edition to which they were forwarded. Data and concepts contained in the texts, as well as the accuracy of bibliographic references, are the sole responsibility of the authors.
