Abstract

Organizational citizenship refers to the employee’s spontaneous behavior towards the organization that benefits them, and such aspects are valued in the work environment and widely studied by researchers in the field. Considering the theme, the objective of this study was to carry out a systematic review of the world scientific production on the theme of organizational citizenship behaviors, in the period between 2010 and 2020, of the articles published on Portal da Capes and on the PsyncINFO platform. When comparing national and international Productions, there is a discrepancy regarding the number of publications and the thematic diversity addressed about the constructo. 94,92% of the studies are quantitative and most investigated antecedents were organizational values, satisfaction, performance and perception of justice.
