Avaliação de desempenho e poder em relacionamentos interorganizacionais: uma revisão de literatura

Ao estabelecer relações interorganizacionais, empresas podem ficar expostas às condutas oportunistas advindas da parte mais poderosa do relacionamento. Portanto, monitorar as atividades interorganizacionais pode ser um meio de minimizar tais condutas e garantir o desempenho relacional. Nessa perspectiva, este estudo objetiva verificar as características das pesquisas cientificas que abordam a temática avaliação de desempenho e poder em relacionamentos interorganizacionais (RIOs). Para seleção do portfólio bibliográfico, utilizou-se o instrumento de intervenção construtivista ProKnow-C. Os resultados permitem verificar que há uma tendência crescente de publicações que buscam disseminar conhecimento sobre a temática. A relação entre poder e desempenho nem sempre é observada sob o ponto de vista negativo, pois depende de outros fatores particulares do relacionamento, como confiança, justiça e dependência. Assim, investigar a influência de tais fatores no desempenho organizacional e interorganizacional em ambientes com assimetria de poder e abordar a visão de todas as partes relacionadas, sob diferentes graus de poder, configura oportunidades para pesquisas futuras. Da mesma forma, dado que os RIOs são singulares e variam conforme a conduta dos seus integrantes e demais variáveis internas e externas à relação, abordagens qualitativas e análises longitudinais podem permitir identificar possíveis interações positivas e negativas do poder no desempenho.
