Aplicación de la Matriz AHP para correlacionar las herramientas de Seguridad Lean con los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018

Resumen

El Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo implementado aporta beneficios al desempeño empresarial al establecer requisitos que garantizan la integración de la seguridad en los procesos productivos. Las herramientas lean actúan como aliadas en la implementación, compartiendo un enfoque común en el rendimiento y la seguridad. El objetivo de este estudio es aplicar el método de toma de decisiones multicriterio Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (AHP) para correlacionar las herramientas del lean safety con los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018. El método aplicado consistió en las etapas del AHP: definición del problema, estructuración de la jerarquía, construcción de las matrices, comparaciones por pares y obtención de los pesos y prioridades finales. Los requisitos más relevantes identificados fueron Operación, Mejora y Planificación. Las herramientas más relevantes para estos requisitos fueron 5S, VSM, SMED y Poka Yoke. La correlación demostró la aplicabilidad de las herramientas lean safety en el proceso de certificación de la norma ISO 45001.

  • Michelle de Oliveira Menezes, Universidade Federal da Bahia

    Actualmente cursa una maestría en Ingeniería Industrial en la Universidad Federal de Bahía, donde investiga sobre Lean y seguridad laboral. Es licenciada en Ingeniería de Producción por la Universidad Federal de Recôncavo da Bahia. Durante sus estudios de grado, formó parte de un grupo de investigación en el campo de Lean Healthcare. Cuenta con cuatro años de experiencia en la industria, trabajando en sistemas de calidad, mejora continua y gestión. Está certificada en Auditoría Interna según las normas ISO 9001/14001/45001 y es cinturón verde Lean Six Sigma. Tiene un MBA en Gestión de Proyectos por la Universidad de São Paulo.

  • Cristiane Agra Pimentel, Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia

    Actualmente es profesora del programa de Ingeniería de Producción de la Universidad Federal de Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB) en Feira de Santana, miembro senior del IEEE y participante del programa de maestría profesional de la UFBA. Cuenta con 12 años de experiencia en la industria metalúrgica. Ha desarrollado su experiencia en las áreas de calidad, sistemas de producción eficiente, auditorías y certificaciones. Es auditora interna y externa del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO IEC 17025) y cinturón verde. Durante su maestría, trabajó en la implementación de las normas ISO en el sector público, en particular en la acreditación del Laboratorio de Biomateriales del Nordeste (CERTBIO) según la norma ISO/IEC 17025. Durante su doctorado, trabajó en el desarrollo de materiales para su uso como biomateriales. Actualmente lidera el proyecto de investigación Lean Healthcare, centrado en la atención médica en Bahía, y el proyecto Digital Twin en colaboración con CEPEDI en Ilhéus. Ganadora del Premio a la Docencia de Pregrado del IEEE 2021, del Premio a la Mención Honorífica de Miembro Inspirador del Año de IEEE WIE 2021 y 2022, y del Premio a la Consejera Destacada de Rama y Asesora de Capítulo de Rama 2021. Ha sido miembro del Comité de Participación con la Industria IEEE R9 desde 2024 y vicepresidenta de la Sección Noreste de WIE desde 2025.
