Enfoque multidimensional para desarrollar mapa estratégico en pequeñas empresas a través de la integración BSC-AHP

La estrategia organizacional puede ser vista como un tema complejo, ya que es un fenómeno compuesto por múltiples variables, con componentes que tienen diferentes prioridades y diferentes formas de gestión. Y, por eso, las organizaciones necesitan soluciones que les permitan analizar su posición en relación al mercado, considerando escenarios compuestos por varias variables. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo proponer un enfoque para analizar el desempeño organizacional en pequeñas empresas, utilizando la integración entre el Cuadro de Mando Integral (BSC) y el Proceso Jerárquico Analítico (AHP) para formular un mapa estratégico. Se discutió la base teórica sobre las estrategias competitivas, el BSC y el AHP. La metodología utilizada fue una encuesta seguida de un estudio de caso. Los resultados sugieren que las unidades de análisis (pequeñas empresas del segmento de muebles) están alineadas con sus estrategias e indicadores; el mapa estratégico recomienda que, para diferenciarse, estas unidades inviertan en servitización y benchmarking.
