Abstract

The discussion about issues related to Quality Management, such as ISO 9001, has become popular and it is increasingly necessary to follow its evolution and update, given the global importance of the subject. Based on the last revision of the Standard in 2015, considering the need to evaluate the behavior of these studies and the formation of a specific database on the subject, a bibliometric revision was used as a scientific tool. An instrument that allows selection and qualitative and quantitative evaluation of scientific publications within databases (BD). Based on the research and the obtained results, it is confirmed the need for a study based on the ISO 9001: 2015 theme evaluation as a strategic information and direction source for new projects in the academic community, which will work in order to strengthen the theme of quality management. Furthermore, it was possible to visualize and guarantee the importance of the implementation of a Quality Management System, together with a certification, considering more competitive market scenarios, which nowadays require, differentials and an increasing concern with the satisfaction of all its stakeholders.

Mônica Canal Bravim, Departamento de Engenharias e Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo – UFES

Technician in Business Administration from the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo, fully attended with High School lasting four years, class of 2013. Undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), with completion of the course in 2018/2. Marketing Director at Energy Jr., a junior company in the Engineering and Energy sector at UFES, with main solutions in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energies and Chemical and Petroleum Engineering. Advanced English and Intermediate French.

Taisa Shimosakai de Lira, Departamento de Engenharias e Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo – UFES

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2003), Master in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2005) and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2009). She is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Engineering and Technology and Permanent Professor at the Graduate Program in Energy, both at the Federal University of Espírito Santo. She has experience in Chemical Engineering, with emphasis on Modeling, Simulation and Process Optimization, working mainly with biomass pyrolysis.

Rodrigo Randow de Freitas, Departamento de Engenharias e Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo – UFES

Currently Adjunct Professor of the Production Engineering course on an exclusive dedication basis at the Federal University of Espírito Santo on the São Mateus campus, E.S. / UFES-CEUNES (2015). Doctor by the Graduate Program in Aquaculture by the Federal University of Rio Grande Foundation (FURG) in 2011; Master in Aquaculture from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2006); Specialization in Environmental Education and Management (Faculdade Saberes - 2003); and Graduation in Business Administration: emphasis on systems analysis (Faculty of Human Sciences of Vitória - 2001). Experience in the area of Environmental Management and Coastal Management, Management of processes and products, analysis of production chains and Strategic Planning. In particular for the Engineering area, several articles, summaries and projects carried out and in progress stand out, for example, the projects: Production of microalgal biomass and extraction of bio-oil; Call CNPq/VALE 05/2012 -Form-Engineering; Public Call MCTI/CNPq/SPMPR/Petrobrás 18/2013 - Girls and Youth/FAPES; Economic feasibility study of macadamia bark pyrolysis, among others.

Thiago Padovani Xavier, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo

PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2016), with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2011) and a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2003). He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Engineering and Technology at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, since 2012, working on subjects related to engineering in terms of technological research and training of personnel in the area of management.
